Restaurant operations. One connected system.

Run service.
Not software.

Servecture connects your till, waiting staff, kitchen and bar into one streamlined restaurant operating system — designed around the way a real service actually runs.

Local-first architecture. Your operational database stays on devices you control.

The Servecture ecosystem

Front of house and back of house, finally speaking the same language.

One connected workflow from the first order to the final payment. Staff see what they need, where they need it, without relying on paper tickets or shouted updates.

Till

Your command centre

Manage tables, reservations, menus, staff, payments, takeaways, reporting and connected devices from the restaurant's central iPad.

Waiter

Service at the table

Take orders, send food and drinks independently, follow live course progress, respond when items are ready and handle bills from iPhone or iPad.

Kitchen

A calmer kitchen

See food orders by table and course, acknowledge tickets, progress starters and mains, handle takeaways and signal when dishes are ready for service.

Bar

Keep drinks moving

Receive drink orders directly, acknowledge them, prepare them and notify waiting staff when they're ready — independently from the kitchen.

Local-first by design

Your restaurant data stays in your restaurant.

The Till iPad acts as the operational hub. Paired Servecture devices communicate across your local network rather than relying on a Servecture-hosted cloud database for day-to-day POS operation.

No Servecture cloud copy of your POS database.

Servecture does not remotely hold or recover the operational database stored on your restaurant devices. You retain control — and responsibility — for the devices and backups.

  • Local operational database
  • Local network device communication
  • Restaurant-controlled backups
  • No remote access to recover your local database

Questions

How Servecture works.

Does Servecture store our restaurant POS database in the cloud?

No. The Servecture operational database is designed to be stored locally on restaurant-controlled devices, principally the Till iPad. Servecture does not keep a remote cloud copy of that operational database.

Can Servecture recover our data if our Till is lost or damaged?

No. Because Servecture does not hold a remote copy of the local operational database, it cannot remotely retrieve or reconstruct it. Restaurants are responsible for regular backups and independent business, accounting and tax records.

Do the companion apps replace the Till?

No. The Till is the restaurant hub and source of truth. Waiter, Kitchen and Bar extend the system to the teams who need live operational information.

Can different staff use the same device?

Yes. Servecture is designed around shared restaurant devices with authorised staff signing in using their own PIN.
